Packages conditions

Full packages include:

Wedding planning fees.

Planning & execution of wedding day + one week event (day before and same city - extra events have an extra fee).

What we will assist with HERE.

As many hours as the events require (set up, event, closure).

Travel assistance to all guests coming from abroad with our sister company Sparks Travel & GT Flights.

Full package includes: One / two wedding planners for welcome event or day after breakfast / brunch & two / three wedding planners & 1 captain (from the catering company) for wedding day.

Planning and execution of pre wedding site inspection trip to Guatemala.

Important note: Minimum spending of USD$ 20K is required for all weddings we organize.

Wedding location:

Our pricing applies to weddings taking place in Guatemala City or Antigua Guatemala.

For weddings held at Lake Atitlán, additional fees for accommodations and transportation will be reflected in the final quotation both the pre-wedding site inspection and the wedding weekend. Our team will conduct one site visit prior to the wedding to ensure proper planning, coordination, and logistics.

For weddings taking place in Petén or Río Dulce, domestic airfare for the wedding planners will be added to the final quotation. This includes both the pre-wedding site inspection and the wedding weekend. If additional site inspections are required beyond the initial visit, the corresponding fees will be added to the final quotation. Ground transportation at the destination can also be arranged and incorporated into the proposal should the couple prefer that we coordinate these logistics on their behalf.
