A minimum order of 10 welcome bags is required for all purchases.
Delivery
All welcome bags will be delivered in advance to the couple’s hotel front desk or Airbnb prior to guest arrival.
Please note that individual room delivery is not included and is not a service we provide.
Production & Customization
Personalized elements (such as tags or notes) must be submitted and approved in advance. Once confirmed, items will proceed to production.
Changes & Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of this service, no changes or cancellations are permitted once payment has been received.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm and begin production of the welcome bags.
